The Thermaltech Team
Austen Krause recently joined Thermaltech New Equipment as a Sales Engineer, learning and mentoring under Connor Blood. Austen earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College in 2020 and also completed the Daikin’s Graduate Engineering Training (GET) program for HVAC Sales Engineers.
Chuck Brown offers 30 years of HVAC industry-related experience and was a founding member of Thermaltech in 2017. Chuck currently leads New Equipment as a Sales Team Leader and has over five years in this role. He is a graduate of Penn State University and has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Chuck enjoys being part of a team that offers world class design assistance and equipment selection to customers.
Connor Blood is an Account Manager for New Equipment and has worked at Thermaltech for the past four years. Connor is well rounded in the commercial HVAC industry and spent the previous six years with Baltimore Trane. He currently mentors Sales Engineers on the team to share his industry knowledge.
Jennifer LaBella recently joined Thermaltech with over five years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry. Jennifer attended Carlow College and is currently an Account Manager for Service. She worked for several years with a large Pittsburgh based General Contractor assisting with project bidding, then spent several years with a leading HVAC company selling fire, life safety, and HVAC service/maintenance agreements.
Jesse Pust is a Sales Engineer for New Equipment and has been with Thermaltech since 2017. He specializes in Design Build, Retrofit Applications, and VRV Systems. Jesse attended Penn State University and also earned his Associate of Science in Building Environmental Science and Architectural Engineering Technology.
Jim Kusick has over 15 years of industry-related experience and has been an Account Executive at Thermaltech for over three years on the New Equipment team. Jim is a graduate of Penn State University and has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He currently mentors Sales Engineers on the team to share his industry knowledge.
Jordan Luntz has been with Thermaltech for one year as a Sales Engineer in New Equipment, learning under Jim Kusick. Jordan earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College and also completed Daikin’s Graduate Engineering Training (GET) program for HVAC Sales Engineers.
Justin Uzarski recently joined Thermaltech as a VRV Specialist, bringing nine years of commercial VRV/VRF experience to the team. Justin graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC Technologies. He offers 22 years of industry experience including HVAC Design, Project Manager for commercial contractors, Program Manager/Engineer for rail air conditioning manufacturers, and residential installation.
Kirk Rizzolla started as an Account Manager for Havtech Commercial Distribution in 2019. He moved to Pittsburgh and was promoted to Regional Manager, Commercial Distribution at Thermaltech in late 2020. Kirk has been in the HVAC industry at various capacities since 1986; he’s held roles in inside sales, account management, and sales management, including leadership roles. Kirk is currently working on finalizing his Associate’s Degree, expected to be completed in December of 2021.
Steve Alauzen offers 30+ years of commercial HVAC experience and industry knowledge. He has worked at Thermaltech as a New Equipment Sales Team Leader for over four years. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Penn State University and is well rounded in the industry.
